The purpose of this session is to introduce the Learning Health System (LHS) and share a questionnaire intended to help guide organizations who are looking to adopt an LHS. In this session, the presenters will define what a LHS is and explore what makes it work. They will share examples of organizations who are gathering data and using it to improve patients’ care experiences and the overall health system. Lastly, they will discuss how to involve patients as partners in an LHS and explore ways for patients to be actively involved and have a say in their healthcare.
