Before this, Mr. DeMore worked as a Graduate Programs Manager in the Department of Family Medicine at McGill University for ten years. In this role, he was instrumental in the development, management, and coordination of the MSc and PhD programs in the Department under the supervision of Dr. Gillian Bartlett with the ultimate goal of increasing research capacity in primary health care research.
Jamie received his Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from City University of New York at Brooklyn College and he is currently about to embark on data collection for his doctorate at McGill University in Family Medicine and Primary Care exploring how different levels of partnership engagement are associated with outcomes and processes of a community of practice within a primary care research network.
Jamie is very excited to take on the role of Executive Director of the SPOR Primary Care Research Network and to help the Network achieve its new vision, mission and objectives.
