The idea of learning health systems is increasingly gaining traction in primary care. Learning health systems have the potential to help us tackle complex challenges, accelerate the improvement of care and services, and achieve greater performance and equity in our primary care systems.
This webinar presents a Quebec-based initiative (Académie Qualité Santé) that promotes continuous quality improvement in healthcare that provides training, resources, and capacity-building programs that empower healthcare professionals, leaders, and patients to implement meaningful and sustainable improvements in care delivery. The webinar will also explore how quality improvement can drive better health outcomes through performance measurement, data-informed decision-making, and continuous learning in Ontario.
